Eric's Biography
Eric J. Sova has touched the lives of thousands of young people across the United States in his 16 years of experience within Youth Ministry. He has served as a volunteer, as a parish youth minister for 7 years, and spent 2 years as the Diocesan Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministry for the Diocese of Helena, Montana. In his 9 years on the national speaking circuit, he has visited over 24 (Arch) Dioceses and performed at several national and international events including the National Catholic Youth Conference, the National Conference for Catholic Youth Ministry and World Youth Day - Paris and Toronto. As a musician, Eric leads students to worship and praise through song and prayer. As a speaker, he brings the Gospel message of Christ's love and forgiveness to his audiences. As a youth minister, Eric encourages students to look within their Catholic faith for the answers to life's questions.

Eric prides himself on his ability to customize his presentations to the needs and desires of the community that he is visiting. This allows for flexibility in all types of events whether it is a youth rally, a retreat, a day of reflection or just a straight concert with a testimony. The words of the Most Reverend Robert C. Morlino, Bishop of the Diocese of Madison, highlight Eric's ministry to teens. "Through inspiring song and faith-filled proclamation, Eric, by God's generous grace, invites our young people to meet Jesus in and through the Church and her Sacraments. He communicates clearly and effectively 'the beef' of our Catholic doctrine."

Eric has released two Catholic Christian Music projects. "Wind, Fire and Rain". And his sophomore project, "Fall On Your Knees". Both "Fall" and the companion activity / prayer services book are published through GIA Publications, Inc. of Chicago.

Eric currently serves as the Young Adult coordinator for Divine Redeemer Catholic Church in Colorado Springs, CO.
